If the Rs keep the majority in the house, they should make Trump Speaker regardless of the election. You don't have to be a member of Congress to be Speaker.

His only motivation to accept would be revenge, I'm not certain that Trump's pride would allow him to accept such a demotion....although he could certainly gum up the works with no fear of reprisal.
