Didn't CA pass some sort of law making it illegal to market firearms in any way that is attractive to minors? I seem to remember that happening and it could lead to something like the CMP asking for birth dates.

CivWar 2.0 should have started right there. They need to stay in their own damn state.

Following the “Katrina Floods” debacle and “Never Again” which clearly showed CHP beating a 76yo Louisiana Woman for having a small unloaded antique revolver in her Jefferson Parish home; I heard from multiple regular, noncriminal citizens that any CA “CHP” officers caught there would be shot on sight.

Those were citizens who support police in every other matter.

Yes they did and several groups have filed for an injunction but lost that case. Several shooting teams and clubs also shut down due to the laws passed.

Remember when Obama said if we can't pass laws then the states need to come after guns? This is exactly that. The cmp was trashed when Bill Clinton was in office anyway.
