Excellent car. Keep up on the maintenance and there isn't a whole lot that goes wrong with them. The biggest issues I can think of are leaks at and around the power steering pump (sometimes it's a banjo bolt sealing ring, sometimes the pump, but it's usually the pressure line assembly) and the power steering idle-up valve will leak PS fluid into the vacuum line that idles the engine up when you turn the wheel. So if you notice a ton of smoke coming out the tailpipe one day...

If/when you get the timing belt done (make sure it's done on time per the owner's manual; change the pulleys for it and the water pump at the same time) make sure it's done by a competent shop. They're easy to do, but when you have the wrong person do it, the rear cams always wind up a tooth off. I've never done it, but I've fixed quite a few that were done that way.
