Default Installing Flash Hider/Adapter

While I am waiting on the paperwork to go through on my can I thought I would go ahead and install the flash hider/adapter. What tools do I need and do any of you all have any tips, tricks or advise?
Thanks

The directions that come w/ the can should explain what positions your flash hider needs to be. As with my Gemtech G5, the flash hider comes w/ shims to ensure the flash hider is correctly aligned. This prevents internal strikes that can damage your can. After mounting the can use a bore light or an undersized drill rod to ensure everything is lined up.
