Individual Route
NFA Item- SBR
Purchased SBR from out of state dealer- 2/16/2009
Form 3 approved and recieved at my dealer- 3/17/2009
Sent Form 4's to BATFE- 4/6/2009
Form 4's recieved by BATFE - 4/7/2009
Check cleared - 4/8/2009
Pending - 5/21/09

Called NFA today and they stated I have been pending since May 21st so maybe not much longer....

Trust. This one might go a bit long as it's not through my dealer. These are the gifts from a friend of a John's Guns Ruger 77/22, MKII pistol & a .308 suppressor. I got the feeling I'll have a different examiner on these.

I just got word that the stamps are at my buddy's that gave me the John's Guns .308 suppressor & the suppressed Ruger MK II & 77/22.

I won't have them in hand for another week as he is headed up to Colorado for a fishing trip.

I'l post some pictures & video once i've got them in hand.
