Carter's Country in Pasadena Report

I went to the carter's country in Pasadena this afternoon. They had 1 Ar-15 and it was being sold. As for the other assault rifles they had one Mini 14 and a FN 5.7. Assault rifle ammo in short supply.

I am 39, and bought my first rifle (dad signed for it) when I was 16. I like it there.

Why's that? My fellow fanatical gun friends used to hate CC too because they thought it catered strictly to hunters and hunting sorts of rifles. Long ago they mave have but more recently they have/had a large selection of pistols including Glock, Sig, S&W, Kimber, all the major manufacturers, assault weapons, huge selection of concealed carry holsters, ammo, hunting gear, etc you get the point, great store. Nicely stocked, too. I've bought two pistols from them somewhat recently.

They keep a large supply of high capacity magazines for their popular handguns as well as rifles. One of the workers told me they try and buy as many as they can every chance they get. You just have to ask as they seem to keep a lot of their best stuff in back. Anyway a few months back I went with one of my fanatical friends so I could buy a pistol and him buy an AR-15 and I changed his mind on thinking CC was strictly for hunters.

BTW, Carter's Country is being sued by the family/widow who's husband, who was a LEO at that, was murdered by illegal scum. I'm not sure of the details but I'll link an article here. They're being sued for an alleged straw sale being that the guy was illegal and Carter's, according the the press reports, allowed his wife fill out the paper work and purchase a 9mm S&W. It is sad though, the way that LEO was murdered. If only he had patted him down more thoroughly or saw the gun. What scum though.
