anyone to parkerize a 1911 slide?

I live in Fairfield and looking to get a 1911a1 slide parkerized,anyone in my area or could do it by mail reasonable,dont really care if it is a gunsmithing business or just someone at home.Thanks

You might post your question on the CMP forum at www.odcmp.com under the "Ask each other" section. They had several posts about places to have parkerizing done, but they just re-did the website and all the old posts are gone. I'm sure someone can direct you to where you can have the work done. I had to re-register on the website since they also deleted all our original log-in information.
