Hank Fleming and Alan Tillman have teamed up here in Austin and have a shop. I haven't used them, but have heard great things about their work.

ive used them.. and his work is good.. however I have sent them 3 emails in the past two months and called twice.. and i have never had 1 response..
when i took my rifle in there to get work done a year ago it took him about 2.5 months to get it back to me.

So the wait is long, the work is great, the price is what you would expect to pay for great work... but I guess they are most likely swamped right now.

This place is in Roanoke. North of Fort Worth. I have no direct experience with them, but have communicated with them a few times because they announced they were putting in an indoor range. Unforunatly it got pushed back due the tightness in the business load market.

I use a gunsmith in Beaumont who has been fantastic. He has done a number of barreling jobs for me. He went to Trinidad Gunsmith School. His name is Kenney Lloyd. Hes a great guy to just sit and talk too also.

Default Gunsmith in New Waverly

Just talked to Jim Bullock @ JBJ Custom Guns. He has very resonable pricing. Give him a shout for your gunsmith needs.

Anyone know a good gunsmith in Waco? My dad has an old Mossberg 152K .22LR that needs a firing pin and maybe a sear. We know where to get the parts but want someone to look the thing over real good and make sure everything is good to go.

I'll forward any info to my dad. Thanks
