Does anyone know if there is a Gunsmithing school in Texas; if not, where is a good one?

Contact Bob Rogers in Arkansas. His brother is Chuck Rogers if you're familiar with the guns he builds, I mean the friggen art he builds. Bob builds some sweet stuff himself.

He does a class every so often.

Ah shoot, I gotta show you Chuck's recent work. Golfball treatment is his thing. Most guns you see with it were sent to him.

    ROGERS PRECISION

That one is already sold. Last one he had complete that wasn't sold was about $7500 and sold quick. He hasn't take new work for almost 3 years.

I've only seen a few pictures of Bob's which were not as "pretty" but they were fighting guns. Still incredible.

Wow, he's got some excellent looking .45's.

I just signed up for a basic online gunsmithing course through Penn Foster Career School, mainly just to get the basic knowledge, nothing major planned with the course though.

There's another post titled "Online Gunsmithing Courses" that I will post updates to as the class progresses and I will also post some pictures of the stuff that they send to me.
