Hi again!
I want to tell you something about russian laws of self defens ang guns.
Under the law about guns ruusian citizen can have folowing classes of guns:

1.Shotguns (not more 5 pcs)
2. Rifles (After five years experience ownership Shotgun). not more 5 pcs.
3. Knifes.
(Except airguns for sporting)

All of these classes can be use for hunting ONLY!
Except shotgun. We can use shotgun for self defence in our home only. If you will shot criminal out of home you're criminal too. Like this we can not shoot in back running criminal, because aggression on you in fact has ended.

If criminal attack you on street you can defence with gas gun, gas spray and less lethal gun (traumatic gun). All of these weapons are not effective. Why? Let's see.
Gas gun shoot pepper gas 3 metres of you. So in best case this gun can defence you from small dog.
Spray... I think you know about it better than me. No one spray can't stop a bullet or knife (Knife is a famous weapon for killing in Russia. Perhaps only frying pan can be more famous in case of domestic crime. But our government aren't hurry to forbid frying pans).
The famous weapon of self defence in Russia is traumatic gun. It's usual pistol, but it shoot rubber bullets. The power of this wunder waffe is 50-75 Joules. Very fun. Accuracy is absent. But traumatic gun is the best weapon of killer. No possibility to identificating rubber bullet. In case of head shot human is dead 100%. But if you hit any other part body of agressor perhaps agressor will f*ck you in the ass with your gun. I think you interesting why we can not get a usual bullets and defence self more thrustworthy weapon? Because design of traumatic gun consist the "teeth" inside barrel. It prevent shootin with metal bullet. If somebody smart will shot with metal bullet he will see his disintegrated hand on a walls.

It is not so simple. Russian citizens can not get a green card, because more 100'000 russians arrived in USA for last five years.
I could arrive in USA if I had near relation in USA, but I have not.
I have a couple friends in Wisconsin. One of them is a cop. His name Andy and he live in Silver Lake :)

I have a international passport with closed USA visa without breach of crossing of the frontier.
Of course I can get non-immigration visa. But I want remain in Texas for all live...

And more about guns.
If you want to buy some gun, you have to get a licence. Even for gas gun :))))))
