Gentlemen! We have a lush and fertile soil in a lot of places here in Texas. Baby bamboo a good sturdy rope and a solid non kinking water hose. In about a week the pain would be so unbearable to said offender that we would need to invest in sound proof surroundings. Or a good tall tree and a short piece of rope still catches my attention. I forget the actual stats but it's something like 80% of sexual offenders re offend. No reason to let these people out to rain terror on the public again.

I think rapists and child molesters have a problem. It is called a lead deficiency.

On a more serious note, I think Both should punishable by the death penalty. Hanging should be used. In reality, it is a very humane way of executing a person (if you do it properly).

I would be interested to know how many intances of rape compared to the U.S. they have. Seems like beheading and crucifixion would be a pretty good deterrent. Plus...........no repeat offenders.
