OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Is this a couple of soldiers or is this civilians doing the shooting? there a few folks on the internet yelling terrorist attack. I think it's a little early for that tho. But I guess it's possible.

Fox is saying 9 dead, 27 injured. They say as of now, terrorism is ruled out, and it was 2 shooters, I'm waiting to see what else comes up within the next 24 or so hours.

one man apprehended is an officer. 12/31 is the new count. 2 suspects in custody 1 is an officer and they are both soldiers.
