Super Typhoon Choi-Wan : Image of the Day Beware; do not try to open the full size version in your browser - download it first and open it with something that can swallow a 6400x8400 pixel image. It's worth the bother, though - you can zoom in on the eye and see the 'stadium' cloud wall.

Vapor clouds
Some photos for you of F/A-18s producing vapor clouds as they travel supersonically...except the last one, which was caused by low pressure over the wings and leading edges during a high-g pull-up....
