Too many have "selective recall" when it comes to just after 9/11.

After we went into Afghan and started mopping up, practically everyone in the country, including nearly every democrat, was clamoring for Saddam's head. Few remember that Slick Willie himself, that brilliant military man, had send missiles and bombs into Iraq. He made it US policy to remove Saddam.

Indeed I even recently saw an old clip of Dan Blather on Letterman just after 9/11 and they BOTH said that we should invade Iraq. Gee, and Blather was so nice to Bush in 2004????

I wager that most of those democrats spouted off, like a Vietnam wantabee, because they figured Bush would be like Slick Willie, and talk a good war. They underestimated him, like Saddam did when he thought France and Russia could keep him safe in the UN.

There was no reason to "invade" Saudi Arabia because they are an ally, and they do at least capture and kill some terrorists.

History, sad to say, is constantly being revised. Before you know it, someone will say that Japan really WON WWII.
