also I never thought he was one to uphold the Constitution to which his position on the Supreme Court was very ironic to me..

The War on Drugs is a joke. It has the same effect the war on alcohol did, and the war on guns will have; to create a very lucrative black market where protecting your market share by violence is the norm.

Prohibition doesn't work. You simply cannot (and should not IMO) legislate morality.

I totally agree with you M. Sage, if an idiot wants to smoke crack until his heart explodes let him, it will eventually stop on its own. But don't tax me to try to stop the inevitable.
