Why wouldn't you believe it? He was above the law because his name is Kennedy. He reacted the way he did that night to cover his own a$$. Maybe Chappaquiddick wasn't his "favorite" topic, but the arrogant bastard probably laughed for years about it, just like O.J. is still laughing today.
