I have a 13 year old son in the 8th. grade in middle school. Seems they are allowing the individual teachers at his school to decide for themselves if they show Obama's oral flatulence. My biggest concern is my son will go off about radical socialists, subscribing to Alinsky's mental illness, and take out a couple of big mouthed idiots with one of his sweet spin kicks to the head. Very proud of this boy, National Jr. Honor Soc., Honors band, nose guard on the football team, excel math, and ready to test for his black belt in traditional Korean karate. This might not be a bad thing. Imagine kids like my son, jacking up the teachers after the speech about the trail of lies, deceptions, half-truths.....he he he . Actually, my son is forbidden to use physical force against another student unless he fears for his own safety, then all bets are off.

The teachers will give in to peer pressure and show it.

That's what it seems like to me. I hope like his other "brilliant ideas" this one knocks him further down the approval ratings pools.

This guy has the opposite view. I don't think he taking the indoctrination after the speech into consideration. I can see his point, it's his kid's birthday and his first day of school. However, I don't subscribe to it as I have a little more experience than the "first day of school" gives.

If you seriously feel the need to keep your kids home from school because they might hear a speech by the president of the United States – and that upsets you because this particular president is not your political cup of tea – perhaps you’ve guzzled a bit too much of the partisan brew.
