The Impact Zone is the only range in the area I know of that fits those requirements. It is a private range that lets you practice or train as you want. There are 11 bays so you can get your own and set it up however you want. Movement, drawing from the holster, rapid fire, or whatever else you want to do is ok as long as you are safe and use common sense. The only thing they restrict is no .50 cal rifles.
Do you happen to know how one goes about joining since its private? If you go their website, it doesnt have any info about being dues, membership requirements, nothing. That might be helpful.

I think I'm gonna give these guys a call this weekend to see what we need to do. Hang tight...

Membership at the Impact Zone is $300 a year last time I renewed. The owner is somewhat selective about who joins since there is little oversight. You have to prove yourself to be a safe shooter. The best way to do that is come to one of the matches. There is a 3-gun match there this Saturday if you want to come out and see the range. The gate will be unlocked and it's open to spectators, or better yet come out and shoot the match. I'm sure the owner, Phil, will be out there and you can ask him whatever you like and tour the range.

More info about the 3-gun match here.
