I think the real question is: How has a Bad guy this stupid not accidently shot himself yet?
This level of incompetency is staggering, who feeds him? who changes him, who dresses him? are some other good questions as well??. |

Wow im just checking back on this thread ,from over a month ago, i just checked last week, with the Detective in San Marcos working the case on my stolen 1911, I still cannot get my S&W1911 back as of yet, there holding it for evidence for his case and trial, ...so that's a bummer, but in the sake of justice, worth the wait, does any body know though,more or less how long this usually takes? To release evidence from a pending criminal case?

The answer is in the question. If they're going to trail, then after the trial is done. You need to follow up and see when they get a trial date and get a feel for how they think the trial will go or if there's a chance of avoiding trial.
