ge0624me,

It can take up to several months, depending on the case load and how energetic the local DA is, and how the defense attorney drags his feet.

i just read every page of this thread....and I cant stop laughing at the audacity of this idiot...

#1...the fact that he is calling and threatening the victim AFTER he has already been arrested...lmao

#2...the fact that he chooses a bunch of guys with no lack of guns to threaten and try to rip off??? he is a bit deficient in the cranial arena!

glad to see that everyones persistance paid off.

Believe me - that's what made this so hard to believe initially! The guy used his REAL name - a number traceable to him - and even a "hard" email addy!! Didn't even try to go through hotmail, etc!!!

The hardest part was getting the cops to get into the fray.....but havin' worn a badge I also knew that if I could empasize that enough, they'd move on it. The guy repeatedly represented himself as a LEO to his victims, so it made it even easier, because I was able to show his emails to me as first-hand "proof".
Once arrested, one of the cops called me to let me know. I asked if the guy had cajones that big, or if he was just that danged stupid. The cop laughed, and told me that after having interogated him for an hour, he was that STUPID.

Hey STUPID - ya still readin' this? Hope so, because I gotta tell ya, I've NEVER seen a crook as dumb as YOU are.

losers..........

I wonder how many alter egos this guy will make ... he's up to 3 now. I figured I'd step up my game with an IP ban this time. Let's see if he can negotiate himself out of this one.

Oh, and I'm going to go ahead and call in his IPs for spamming the forum to Time Warner. They like to turn off people that do this kinda thing.

You would think he would be smart enough to leave it alone. Especially since he was indicted today in Hays County on another felony charge.
