JUST SO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY IS VERY CLEAR THIS GUYS NAME IS BILLAR IDIR DEKKAR AND HE IS A 19 YEAR OLD(YES 19) ALGERIAN SCAM ARTIST WHO CONS AND STEALS ANYTHING FROM ANYBODY AT ANY OPPORTUNITY HE GETS.HE IS VERY GOOD AT PRESENTING FAKE CREDENTIALS AND USING ALIAS' INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO POLICE OFFICERS FBI AND LOCAL, BANKERS, PROFESSIONAL SPORTS ATHLETES , CLUB OWNER. HE ALSO HAS MULTIPLE OTHER SCAMS INVOLVING IDENTITY THEFT (MULTIPLE COUNTS PEDING IN COURTS AROUND THE NATION)STOLEN JEWELRY, GUNS, STOLEN CREDIT CARDS, STOLEN TOOLS AND PUREBRED PUPPIES. SOME FRIENDS OF OURS HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS DIRTBAG LAST YEAR AFTER HE STOLE FROM THEM USING FAKE CHECKS AND USING FAKE IDENTITIES SELLING THEM STOLEN PROPERTY THROUGH THE INTERNET. THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE LUNATIC AND ANYONE THAT HAS HAD ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM SHOULD CONTACT AUSTIN POLICE DEPT IMMEDIATELY!!! THE POLICE IN AUSTIN ESTIMATED THAT HE HAS STOLEN FROM OR SCAMMED 25-50 PEOPLE IN JUST THE PAST 2 YEARS AND TRIED CONTACTED HUNDREDS MORE. HUNDREDS!!!!! UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE RIGHT?? WELL THANKS TO SOME OF YOU GUYS HOPEFULLY THIS GUY WILL BE SPENDING SOME LONG QUALITY TIME IN THE PEN. HE HAS MULTIPLE CHARGES PENDING AND HOPEFULLY MORE WILL COME AND PILE ON AS PEOLE BECOME AWARE OF THIS GUY AND HIS MISSION TO SCREW AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Also Billal went as far as to have wikipedia change their records and list him as a football player at the University of Texas during the '07 season. He was NEVER part of the team but it helped with his scams. Check him out on wikipedia!! Billal Dekkar NEVER played football @ The University of Texas ever!! But he says he tells people that he did to gain peoples trust and show some credentials. Its all part of the scams he and his Algerian family have devised to take $ and property from unsuspecting persons.

A couple of things.
First, you don't have to yell to get your point across so the all caps thingy is a no-no. Second, we get it. The guy is a complete scumbag, but he's not as smart as you say he is. Sure he's scammed a lot of people but that was his modus operandi; to hit many people as quickly as possible. That isn't hard to do. What this joker did was use his real name, give out a hard email address and posted threats from his real IP address. Yep, he's a real brainiac. Finally, nobody has to get wikipedia to "change their records" for anything. Anybody can edit content on that site so it's not viewed as a dependable source for information.

after searching his name and I clicked on the link for the "muslim" page my computer went all sorts of haywire, had to shut down my internet, run my virus software and restart before I could get back online... i should have known something would happen
