Sig - the poster is referring to the other scam artist that hit the guy on guns at a gun show - NOT our little scum-sucking buddy....

Sorry for the confusion, I have a dealer at the Salem, VA show whom has accepted a conterfit check from a Col. George Elswick. The check was from Palm Coast Florida, he was dressed in uniform, with a child. I googled the name, it took me here. Is this person the same as Billar Idir Dekkar? It seems he has also wrote another check to another dealer. The show was July 18 - 19, 2009 in Salem, VA. Any info will be great. Thanks!

My dealer whom was taken for $2700, was not a gun dealer. He is targeting high priced items.

No, it's NOT Billar - it's another guy a couple of pages back in this thread that got posted here by mistake. I know the other guy's been in touch w/you, because I alerted him to your post and he said he'd been in touch.

Fellas, I'm in a hotel this week, bored off my ass. I stumbled upon this thread with my after dinner coffee and Deadliest Catch on the tube.

nice read. dumbasses never fail to amaze me.

We had this 20 year old "student" that made TATP (highly unstable homemade explosive) in the Texas City area about 2 years ago. He decided he wanted to make it more potent so he added alumina powder to it. (Common bomb maker thing to do). Now, he asks, how do I grind it up good? Goes and gets the 2 inch ball off his truck bumper and proceeds to grind it up. Well, the thing about TATP is that it's highly shock and friction sensitive unless you're a genius chemist. So dumbass blows himself to hell and back, removing his genes from the pool.

The boys in blue show up and there's so much of this crap in his apartment, they don't send in the clean up crew. They just set charges to the entire unit and take it to the ground.

Dumbasses. I'm surrounded by them daily. Figured I'd give this thread a funny bump.

I'm wondering if this should be required reading for all new members.
