you would have to post a picture of it. Being over 20 years old it might be an open bolt model, and those can get quite expensive.They also made the Mac 11 in .380 and 9mm, so you also didn't provide enough information. If it isn't open bolt then its worth around 400 dollars.

Right. It should say .380 ACP (or 9mm Kurz/9mm Corto) or 9mm Luger/Parabellum on it somewhere. In the auctions I have seen the suppressor is fake. It gives you that Chuck Norris spray and pray feeling. I would guess 400-500 bucks though. I shot one years ago but I do not see them very often now.
Maybe if you are not in a hurry you could find a collector with deep pockets willing to give more.

Also do you cock it from the side or the top? The side cocking versions are worth more (in the 600-700$ range) because people now get an adapter mount optics on the top.
