Since the website is still up and we are in the holiday period, they may just be close for the holidays.

I had an order from Dec 5 2023 processed and delivered then an order from Dec 17 2023 be canceled by them. Have not been able to get through to them by phone and all emails have been undeliverable. I get errors for the email addresses that they are undeliverable. It's a shame if they went out of business, but I'm hoping they just shut down for the holidays and are blocking emails and calls.
