    I recently bought a hybrid leather-kydex holster for a P365x with romeozero, and it looks like sig moved the optic forward to allow rear H3 irons since the company made the mold for this combo, so the trigger guard doesn't fully engage with its retainer and the whole gun sticks out about a quarter inch. is it reasonable to ask for them to re-make the kydex, or is it better fixed with a dremel?

    Yes, I'd contact them to see if they'll correct it. Can't hurt to ask.
    If they say no or want too much $ I'd just grind it myself to fit.

    Most definitely, reach out to them. The absolute worst they can say is to pound sand and you are right back where you are now. Only loss is a little time, with a solid upside potential.
