West Texas - there's a box headed your way. Let me know what you think, this batch came out a bit milder than I expected. I was given some fresh cayenne peppers, plus our own jalapenos, so I figured it was going to be pretty spicy. I deseeded some of our jalapenos but I guess I should have left a few more in. Ah, there'll be more.
