Any recommendations for a shop in San Antonio to mill my Glock 19 for an RMR cut?

I tried contacting Sinner Mass using their online form but they haven;t gotten back to me yet... just followed up with an email but looking for options.

I don't know of any gunsmith in San Antonio but for a slide you can take it off and mail it off to someone to have it milled. I've never had that service done so I can't recommend any over another but if you google your gun model and slide milling I'm sure you'll get something.

Edit: just saw it was for a glock. There are many companies out there you can mail your slide to for that.

I’ve had two Glock slides milled by Sinner Mass and they were excellent.

They did my last slide in under 2 weeks. Price was under $150 IIRC.

Sinner Mass got back to me today.

They quoted me $170 for an RMR cut plus $150 if I want to have the slide refinished in black nitride.

I think I had mine done when they had a special.

I didn’t have my slide refinished, I just had them seal the part they milled with some type of whatever chem they use. You cannot see any bare metal.

And they offer first responders discount if you qualify.

I assume they use some cold blue on it.

The bluing will add some rust prevention but I want a bit more protection on my carry gun. Sweat and condensation from carry can penetrate and cause rust. Normally you clean and oil a gun to prevent that but removing a red dot (and affecting zero) isn't something I want to do on the regular.

Those dots do look good on your gun :)
