    I've carried the carbon fiber ZT for about 2 years now, love it. Holds an edge longer than most any knife I've owned.
    I don't pack looking for trouble, I pack in case trouble comes looking for me.

    If you just need to nick something to break it loose I use a serration. It's hard to explain but I think it's easier to control.

    I use a little carabiner with an integral screwdriver blade to break things loose. Knives are for cutting; I think it's easier to control
