Pff, plasma cutter. I can use an acetylene torch and cut wheel bearing races off a hub without hitting what's underneath. He'd have been fine and I'd have had it off in a couple minutes.

Happened in John Peter Smith Hosp., Ft Worth a long time back, ring with a bell on it,
Guy in ER snipped it with a pair of diagonals and jammed the biggest catheter he could find down the (haha) pee pipe, he told us that he doubted that hippy would ever do that again....I guess Texas has a few but thank God most are in Kalifornia !!!
