oh, come on. That scumbag deserves a trial of his peers. He deserves to waste millions of taxpayer dollars to go to jail and learn how to become a "real criminal." He has the right not to get shot. I know we was just breaking into a fellow's home, but that doesn't give the home owner any excuse to play "judge, jury, and executioner." Sure, the criminal may have just as easily killed the good guy, but he didn't have the chance. (I'm being horribly sarcastic here)

I live across the street from a church and late one night a knock on the door and I answered with gun in hand because I did not recognize the person.
It was one of the deacons asking if I saw anyone earlier that evening at the church.
I said no and inquired why?
Someone had stolen one of the AC units and set off an alarm when they bumped the windows getting it out.
Anyway he was taken back by me answering the door gun in hand and made sort of a huffy comment. I replied back "well your standing here because why?"
He dropped his head and said thank you and left.
So many people do not realize that crime is everywhere. You could be in line at the Micky D's with a serial killer next to you.
