DC why do people feel they are ENTITLED to everything.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, we are seeing the fruits of the lack of proper education of the last 2-3 generations of Americans. This is the result of the Hippy Generation, the Me Generation and those that followed, who allowed public schools to be taken over by socialist. This is the result of parents that are totally consumed in their own personal pleasure. They are willing to send their children to school without any concern to what was going on within the educational system.

Certainly this is not the only problem, but it is one major problem. Once you raise a few generations that believe that our government is there to take care of them, (my rich Uncle Sam will pay for whatever I want and watch over me day and night) then it becomes the norm. . . and this opens us up to even more corruption and becomes a cascading failure. They actually believe that they are ENTITLED to everything. The big question is how do you turn this around???. . . or can you turn this around??? I think about this often, and I am certainly not smart enough to find a solution, and that frightens me to no end????? :banghead:
