    I wonder if all that BS legislation applies to all the individual components of unassembled ammo (brass, powder, bullets, primers, etc.) for people that make their own?

    ...regardless - I canNOT see how in the world this would have any affect on "outlaws" that do NOT go to the store to buy their weapons and ammo.

    I think you might be on to something with this one. If the police are forced to go into the same cesspool of BS that all of the law abiding citizens then maybe they will see the error of the stupid laws they pass in that God forsaken state of retardation.
