Im sick

Well for the third time this year im sick. I always get sick about this time. Seems to be when the weather goes from warm to cold. Im thinking its just a bad head cold. I was pale when i left work and im much better than I was. I do have fever but, im able to move around a little. Have a co worker thats out with the same sickness. But it, much worse.

I've always had same problem appears to be some type allergy but it can make me miserable at times.

It is hard to keep up on WTF to wear when the weather changes 40 degrees day to day. Taking extra large doses of vitamin C seems to help me. Also, always a flu shot. And no, you can't get the flu from a flu shot.

Feel better soon. I got slowed down the other week and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that's it for while.
