Not really that cool but I have fond memories of Kneeboarding in the Red River behind a fourwheeler and dune buggy when I was younger. I can honestly say not many people have done that.

Years ago, firing an M-47 Dragon and hitting a "target" tank dead center at about 1200 meters... Not that exciting....until you have a chance to do it! MG

its only illegeal if you get caught.

And the first step to getting caught is talking about it...

I guess the only thing I can think of is winning two Presidental Awards for Academic Excellence. Whatever happened in high school, I have no clue... My life since then has been pretty, well, uhmmm, dull... Except for the birth of my children, and that for me has been pretty cool, and unique.

I won the Nobel Peace Prize. No wait, that wasn't me that went to some other guy who hasn't done squat.

But I did get to sit in the pilot seat of a 747 flying back from Saudi while we were over the Atlantic. It was awesome.

The other cool thing was I got to ride out on a fire engine respoding to a call.

God has let me have a really cool life.

Before I moved here in Texas...I used to work for Boeing Space and Defense and was part of the International Space Station Program. Coolest job I've ever had...

Attempted to get my Alcohol Funny Car Licenses.
Then you had to make a 60ft pass, a half track pass and a full track pass and they mean full track! 1,320ft.
I tried 3 times to make a full track pass but lifted early every time around the 1,200 ft mark or so.
That's when I realized 230 MPH is dam fast and faster than I wanted to go in a carbon fiber coffin.
0-60ft is the most awesome rush I every had. 3G's and 130MPH in 60ft!
At 1,000 ft the car is making so much power you are riding a speeding bullet with basically no control.
I think that if it had been a rear engine dragster I would have been OK, but when the body comes down you feel as confined as you really are and it's un-nerving.
Out side of that, flying in a 727 simulator was pretty cool. I only crashed 4 times on landing - dam air speed!!!!

Hiked through 40 miles of the Gila Wilderness in New Mexico, and got lost doing it.

Sprinted into traffic to make sure a 3 year old baby who had wandered away from home didn't get hit. I was certain that I was going to get hit doing that, but did it anyway.

Chatted with a couple of police officers on my back lawn with a loaded pistol riding just under my shirt, knowing they wouldn't care that it was there and couldn't say anything about it if they did - that was just too cool and a big first for me. That was a big day, since the reason the officers were there was to take custody of my first and only triple citizen's arrest.

But I think the coolest thing I've ever done was get the hell out of California and move to Texas!
