who can cut foam? I don't actually need it for a gun, but a guitar.

If you have a broke "E" string, a battery charger and a couple of yardsticks, you can do it. Hot wire foam cutter. Simply replace the transformer in the box with a battery charger for your power source and go to town. There are other designs easily found with google, this is just the first reference that didn't try to turn the process into rocket science.
