My EDC wearing 5.11 tactical pants and a Blackhawk shirt
    - Combat Application Tourniquet because number 1 problems is death due to blood loss.
    - tactical pen
    - G21 45acp plus 2 mags, because mags can drop, rare malfunctions can require dropping a mag and no one complained about too much ammo
    - Ruger LC9 in cargo pocket plus spare mag
    - rarely a 38 Special J frame on the ankle
    - folding knife with fighting grip: cutting fruit and easy to slide out of a pocket without flashing a gun
    - Surefire flashlight because power can go out or sun goes down. bad gun has trouble seeing with 500 lumens in his face
    - Cell phone
And I am still waiting for Glock to come out with a single stack 9mm for a pocket gun
I can't tell sarcasm over the forum. I'm guessing you are the master-certified-warrior-hardcore-tactical-operator. Welcome to the forum.

    Guessing????

He's got 5.11 Tactical pants and a Blackhawk shirt. Of course he's a certified warrior!

Rest of the post wouldn't be that outlandish without the first part.

Picked up a Gerber Epic from Cabela's for my EDC. Fixed 3.45" blade and fits nicely in a stout sheath. Even has a bottle opener for emergency situations ;)

    Some of my EDC:

I carry a G19, stock with Warren Tacticals inside a Raven Concealment Phantom holster. I prefer the holster strong side (2-3 O' Clock) IWB, but will carry OWB depending on cover garment. I will also use a Raven Concealment Vanguard IWB when the clothing I am wearing requires a smaller footprint on the waist line. I carry the Vanguard Strongside as well. If the situation dictates that re-holstering the firearm is very important, then I will go with the Phantom and dress around it (re-holstering with the Vanguard takes time).

Sometimes I carry a G17 mag in a Comptac OWB Mag carrier. Always at a sweet spot at 4-5 O'clock. Sometimes I pocket carry a J-Frame .38 in a Vanguard or cheap nylon pocket holster. I hardly ever carry the J-frame by itself, but if I do, I use a OWB Safariland Model 568 holster.

The knife is a Benchmade 551 Griptilian G10. Sometimes I carry a Spyderco Endura.

The flashlight is a Surefire G2 Nitrolon with a Raven Concealment pocket clip/finger ring.

Got that Leatherman MUT in the mail today! I've been wanting it for at least a year and a half and was finally able to make things line up. I'm gonna try it out this week and see how it compares to the Leatherman Surge.
