CORPUS CHRISTI - Police have not yet arrested any suspects involved in a Saturday morning shooting outside the Sublime Dive in the 1600 block of South Staples street.
Brothers, Jamie and Jaime Sivas suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds when they got into an argument with six suspected prison gang members as they left the bar.
The owner of the business, 35-year old George Lopez has bonded out of the Nueces Couty Jail on charges that he refused police access to the building during their investigation.
According to police, Lopez only let them into the building after Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agents ordered him to do so.
Under TABC code, any liquor license holder must allow an inspection at any time.
Due to his refusal of the inspection, Lopez's bar has been shut down until Sunday as the TABC investigates the incident.
