already had the shotgun, as well as several other firearms hehehehe...

I am still shopping for a safe though... When i moved, my safe was too big/heavy to bring with so it got sold to a bud out there. Still need to find a safe.

Welcome to Texas! You will especially love San Antonio. The liberal to real American ratio is much better here in Texas. You'll fit right in with all that hardware.

My God, in 2 months that's almost as many guns as I own and I've lived here 35+ years. Guess I'd better get busy.

If you don't already have in the stash, some heavy iron in 30 cal or greater is a good place to start looking AR-10.

By the way. I am NATIVE TEXAN 3rd gen. Welcome to the free air.

WELL, my apartment door just got kicked in... Looks like im going out for a safe tomorrow nomatter the cost. I will not let my firearms get on the streets to help evil. just happened at midnight, 2 POS's for sure, got the plate and called the cops.. Notice the door knob is broken as welll.. 3-4 solid kicks to the door took it off the frame.

Damn Joe that sucks. I wouldn't be a good neighbor if I didn't offer you the use of my place for your toys, while you look for a safe. Seriously, I hope these scumbags get caught..

It is sad, but this is typical. Many people are hit right after they move in. They have no time to secure anything and are more concerned with other aspect of getting settled.

My son got hit twice in one week. Lost several irreplacable arms including a stainless Ruger MkII target pistol.

We built custom bars for the windows, They got large dogs and planted yucca plants under all the windows. No more breakins.

Still I would trade a sharp knife for a dull one to use on the PR*&*^%K that broke in.

Good Luck. Remember they will probably be back again.
