LT, I cannot comment on the case as it is still open at this time.
However, I can say Mr. Elswick is in custody pending his next court
appearance

Who exactly is this Elswick person? Is Elswick his real name? I only read bits and pieces before on this.

He is a guy that was impersonating an Army Officer and scamming people by buying guns with hot checks.

The DoD picked him up a while back and they hopefully are going to give it to him with both barrels.

He's a grade AAA loser.

Thanks GM. Well, I don't think it's the same fellow that I knew. This guy looks to be about in his 40's and the guy I knew had dark hair, was tall, thin to medium build and has to be in his late 60's by now. First names are different too.
