pics section - texas hometown

Yep, I suggested a "Gallery" section the last time suggestions where asked, but I guess I was the only one that thought that was a good idea.

I must have missed it. We had them on other forums I used to frequent. They were great conversation starters and it was always nice to see who was on the other side of the monitor.

I changed "Event Pictures and Videos" to "Hometown Pictures and Videos". That way anyone can post all sorts of topics in there.
