I'm in the same boat with rp_. Although my employer is NOT against "legal carry". Its a little hard to go into a customers home and sell 1 million in product and services a year with a 357 strapped on your hip.

Secondly I am trying to keep the liability off of the company shoulders. Itchn says the driver is responsible. But you know there is going to be some attorney that is going to place blame on the company for allowing the driver to carry.

I'm just trying to write a policy that protects all persons involved.

I was being sarcastic. The criminal is responsible 100% of the time.

I challenge anyone to find a case in Texas where the victim of a theft was held liable for the actions of the thief regarding the thief's use of ANY stolen item. Particularly when said stolen item was lawfully possessed

While you may be totally correct in what you say and I am just a plain ole a/c guy. I read and have been semi involved in other frivolous suits.

Why do people sue Boeing when the plane crash was solely pilot error? Why are there so may class action suites over drugs when the FDA has approved them? I might be totally out of line here.

Fact is, if an attorney can find a way to make money, he's gonna do it.

"Fact is" if it's a fact, you can back it up with atleast one specific example.

I know you don't. I'm sure in not the only one. By law my company has no choice. I prefer to be armed when I leave for the day. And if some criminal by chance steals my gun out of my locked truck in the console, it's not my fault. It's the criminal's.

I don't disagree with that. :green: 'Never said it was your fault, just hoping you wouldn't lose your gun. Chill.

I appreciate that. The way I see it; is it's a minor risk that I'm willing to take. If I lose a gun I can always get another. I am chill. The only thing on this forum that gets me truly riled are the left wingers on here who pretend to be pro gun.

    Ok. I'll Play..

Plavix, which I take.. But have no reason to participate in the suite:

    Page 32 approved by USDA:

Look it up by yourself. Thousands of pages but here's one:

Go to bed, lets go to the range tomorrow and have some fun!
A pharmaceutical lawsuit isn't specific. Like TXI said, good luck finding a burglary victim being liable for a criminal misusing a stolen gun.

Man I'm down to go to the range. Where are you? You're in HVAC? So am I. We probably know eachother if you're from around here.
