Kommiefornika is such a joke. Classic example of when Libtards are allowed to get a foot hold they''ll never stop. It was a neat place to visit but now we wouldn't ever consider traveling to or through there. It's a shame since from the maps you can easily see where the tards are controlling a fairly Red state.

so basically the only change was they now require background checks to buy ammo (Most retarded thing I ever heard) and bans "high capacity amunition magazines"?

The rest of the BS in the video has been there all along at the federal level.

Yes, I agree. Its mostly the coastal democrats that run California. In the Northern state above Sacramento and in the foothills its most as Red state as you can get, thus the the www.soj51.net project to kick Norcal OUT of socialist CA.

Don't come here unless you must. It's just not worth it if you live in a free state like Texas.

You will no longer be able to buy any ammo without a CA DOJ permit come 2018 in California, that is true. Do not visit this state unless you have to do so. Your CCW wont be valid here and we have so many laws that you can be detained for any reason. 30 round magazines have already been banned, but now they must be destroyed or sold out of state, so buy them.

I was stationed there for 3 years and just left in August to come back to Texas. I think the ammo registration scheme is the most damaging out of all the new laws shoved though. Welcome to a state database where every round you purchase must be though a licensed ammo seller and they track what and how much you will be buying. One thing they didn't take into account though is reloading. AFAIK and can remember there were no provisions in the law that restrict reloading or buying components.

You don't have to destroy or sell magazines, you can also convert them to 10 round magazines by rivet or block and epoxying the base plate on. Still BS. If I'm going to be stuck with 10 round magazines I'd rather just have the short 10 rounders. That's why I still have 6 of those 10 round mags laying around.

On my first huge motorcycle trip around the west, I had a Hell of a time buying gas. The knot heads wanted to shut the pump off after every Dollar! Pump a Dollar worth of gas, and go in to pay that Dollar. Then proceed to the next Dollar. WTH! I finally went in and barked at the gas jokey Texas style. "Don't turn that F' ing pump off again......................." He won't forget me......snicker.

I was riding a Honda Gold Wing and only needed a few bucks worth of gas. It went like that all the way up the California coast.

What's stopping someone driving to a neighbouring state and purchasing ammo there and then brining it back into California?

I have NO idea what you are speaking of. I was BORN here in Kookafornia and you can pump your own gasoline, unlike Oregon, and you can buy whatever amount of gasoline you wish to do so.

I have been in the coastal regions and never experienced what you are describing and YEAH, I own a motorcycle myself, Roger. There are NO "gas-jockeys" here. I pull my car/pickup to the pump, put my credit card in the slot and pump the gas. Maybe you are thinking of Oregon?

Or are you trying to obfuscate the message that California is down the **** river when it comes to guns, magazines and ammunition laws?

It will be against the new law to do so. So will online sales of ammo. If you buy ammo is say, Nevada, and bring it to Communcaliforia you'd be breaking the law. In the meantime, everyone is stocking up on LOTS of ammo before 2018.

That's what I thought but it'll open up a whole big can of worms for those trying to enforce the law. Unless they plan on pulling over every vehicle that crosses the state line, they'll be an awful lot of profiling going on to catch the people importing ammo from other states.

Most patriotic Californians are NOT going to get rid of, or modify a STANDARD capacity magazine to hold 10 rounds. We will also NOT register into the Ammunition database, as that will connect you to a certain caliber firearm. Buying some .223 NATO through an ammo license will flag you a possible owner of an AR-15 for instance.

Many Californians who know that these laws are unconstitutional haven't been obeying "the gun laws" for many years or decades now. Why would they obey this one? A: they wont.

And for now they haven't restricted reloading, but they will given time. Hopefully I will be gone by that time or the crap hits the fan and none of this bull-stuff will matter.
