Now that is almost worth showing up for all by itself. I'll bring a single shot .22 they can shoot and plenty of ammo. Winchester says it doesn't exist. Still shoots good though.

I see that one of the range rules at TSSR says:

THIS IS A COLD RANGE: NO LOADED FIREARMS PERMITED EXCEPT ON THE FIRING LINE. Unloaded guns maybe holstered or placed on shooting bench in slide lock with ejection port up between shooting relays.

I read this as a prohibition of both OC and CC. Is that correct?

No. Licensed holster carry isn't regulated as long as you're not playing with it off the line.
