IF anyone tries to buy a used sig Sp2022 in the wylie, rowlett area you might want to check the SN first. I can post the SN if need be.. our house got robbed today... It has a protec 190 light on the rail and the front sight has been painted green along with the Sp2022 one 15 round mag and one 17 round mag also painted green letters... I still have the other ones...

Sorry to hear of your home being burglarized. It makes things personal. Wish you well in getting your firearm/belongings back. It sucks.

Robbery is against a person......not PC, but correct....

    Totally understandable....

Shocked and more so angry for quite awhile after it happened to us......

Glad you have the serial #.....it greatly improves the odds of it being returned someday....

so you come here just to be Politically Correct...

No. Legally correct. Glad you and your house mates are all right. SN should be on the slide as well.

Good chance it was someone who had been in your house before. Think back to who you or your housemates have had over.

For the rest that were correcting me, this aint high school..it doesnt matter how, the point there is a gun out there that was mine and is now in the wrong hands can now be used for bad things and didnt want anyone buying a gun that was stolen and maybe even help find the POS thieves...

The difference is kind of a big deal when considering the difference between a burglary and a robbery, especially when considering a gun was taken during the event.

    Good luck, hope it's recovered.

I understand there is a difference but it seems Society is lacking...

This would have been a better response from txinvestigator... Sorry that this has happened and hope things work out... just a FYI. your post should have been as a burglary instead of a robbery as there is a difference between the 2... But since his reply was lacking, I went the way I went... I could have said worse things but I have ran and owned a few forums and know the rules...

and thanks I just hope know one gets hurt or worse even though I am not liable...

I'd suspect someone who has run and owned forums would have thicker skin...society is lacking in thick skin.
