It is a black aces tactical receiver. Basically a 590 action set up for saiga mags. This one is a non factory build setup as an AOW. The ones you get directly from black aces fit into some gray non NFA catagory.

Black Aces no longer sell just their receivers. Their new receivers take proprietary mags. The Saiga drums and mags will not fit their new receivers.

The wait for AOW Tax Stamp is only one or two months?

I hold a SOT so it is a dealer to dealer transfer on a form 3.
I have to mail off a check every year to cover the cost of dealing with NFA stuff. In fact I just dropped it in the mail today. Yay taxes.

With all other costs of running a FFL excluded the yearly payment for the SOT is $500. That is the reduced rate based on yearly sales volume.

Yes,the only local place I have found that allows them.
Lock and Loaded in Seabrook, is opening an indoor range in LaPorte, I don't know if they will allow them there.
