    Got my letter of authentification a few days ago.
    $306.00 for a shotgun in 1911...

    That is super cool - to me anyway. Some of those old LC Smith shotguns are VERY expensive. I used to hunt with a guy that had a fancy (crown grade?) .410 SxS one that was appraised in the $20-25k range.

    I get that but guns were made to be shot and used.
    To be honest, I've only shot one of my shotguns once in probably 40 years.
    I've only shot 3 of my ARs once, just to sight them in, others are NIB.
    I just recently shot my 5mm, the rest of my bolt guns have not been fired in the same 40 years.
