    Me likie dat 1911.
Thank you. First 1911 I've owned. Took her to the range the day after I got her and put 200 rounds down range. No issues and very accurate in comparison to a handful of other pistols I've used. Afterwards went home to field strip it and clean her up. I had heard 1911s were a pain to strip and reassemble but it was quite simple with a little help from YouTube.

Ruger Single Six from 1957. Very clean for being 60 years old.

Picked this up at the Premier fun show this weekend:
    vrIDIpR.jpg

Accuracy International AT in .308win with 20" threaded barrel and folding stock. Hope to get it out to the range soon, prolly will brang it to TGT Reunion in October.

Still no sign of the AR upper I ordered during Labor Day sale. Tracking says it made it to Houston and then just disappeared for 5 days. I think UPS must have drove it underwater :beat:

If it doesn't get found in another week or so I'mo reverse the charges on my CC. I hope UPS catches raging Bullet Butt.

Looks like times are rough in Austin....

Picked up a Savage 12FV in .223 today. First new gun I've gotten in a few years - I forgot what a pain all the paperwork is, even with a CHL. A once over, handshake and some cash is a lot simpler. Kinda fired up about it though - Cabelas had them for a steal and it's a heavy varmint barrel SOB. Gonna slap a SWFA 10x SS on it and hopefully get out to the range tomorrow.

Picked up one of the first Colt single action frontier scout 22lr revolvers made in 1957. Serial number 1369Q (#369 off the assembly line).

Duo tone, leather holster. Only thing not original are the grios which I will find a pair.

It looks like it has been barely shot for being 60 years old.

Went to Reds at lunch and 20 minutes later walked out with this neat revolver.
