How do these compare to the Primary Arms AMD micro dot? Just curious since they are very similar in price. And what is the battery life? They almost look identical.

They are both made by Holosun. Both 50K battery life, The Romeo 5 is motion activated. I have the PA Advanced Micro Dot and it is a very nice red dot. So when my Romeo 5 arrives, I'll be able to compare them side by side.

Just interested because when I first saw the Romeo 5 I thought it was a mistake, they are so similar. I have had the Aimpoint micro dot in another life and I found the PA AMD came about as close to the Aimpoint as any for about 1/3 the cost. Motion activated would be a cool feature, although with 50k hours I don't really worry about it shutting off.
