I think it is a choice with some and not with others. My wife has a cousin (eldest boy in the family) who was "different", even as a child. While all his male (and some female) friends/siblings/family were playing with cars, toy guns, army, etc, he was playing with my wife's sisters dolls, dresses, etc. He is still that way and openly gay. He isnt trans, thinks hes a guy, but has absolutely zero interest in girls. I have 2 different friends I grew up with who were the same way despite having older brothers who are straight.

I think some of it is genetic. The cousin is the eldest of 4, 3 boys and one girl. His mom isnt openly gay, but I would be EXTREEMLY suprised if she wasnt due to numerous factors. Same thing with his sister. One of my friends is a middle child out of 5 (3 girls, 2 boys). Two out of the 5 are openly gay (my friend and the youngest girl). All of these were susspected of being gay from a very young age, too young to even be interested in or have knowledge of those kind of things. For them, I firmly believe, they didnt have a choice in the matter.

My sister and several others I know are a totally different story. It was 100% a choice. My sister was boy crazy growing up, but as an adult, she has dated both men and women.

As you said, everyone experiences it a little bit different.

Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians!

The comment was meant to be is jest. I try not to let PC get in the way of a joke. I'm not opposed to their lifestyle of choices. I commend anyone who make the hard choices to better their lives and their family.

    Seriousness over...carry on...

Thanks for sharing. I never thought about genetics playing a part. That is very intriguing and now has me very curious.

    Lol
I took it as such. It was hilarious.
People here complain about how dead TGT is becoming, so I decided to try a new topic and your post was a perfect one. Got people talking

Hey bud, no worries here. I absolutely hate PC anything so we're good. I thought it was pretty funny myself and Ill be hassling a coworker and his son with it tomorrow (they owned a vape store for about a year)

Chances are, any of the people I mentioned in my post would find it funny too! Thats the thing, just like the rest of the world, most gay people have a sense of humor and can laugh at jokes made at their expense. I send my wife's boss (lesbian) jokes like that all the time. Just like the rest of the world, its the very small but very vocal population of uber liberals who get their feeling hurt and want to whine about it.
