Well, the P320c and SC x-change kit arrived last night. Both packed good. Each box had a 25% off card in them and a new manual. The machine work on the slide is not much, but looks clean. The new trigger is the same shape as the old one but very thin. Both have tons of that Sig white grease all over them. Trigger pull feels the same. There is no "click" now if you pull the trigger again after the initial pull. The reset seems to be the same as well.

I had about 1300 rounds through the compact when it went back. I would say it feels new again, like it is not broken in. I will be hitting the range with it Friday and will report back then.

Ok, took it to the range and put about 200 rounds through it. The trigger does feel a little different. Would like to hear what other people think once they get theirs back. Anyone got theirs back yet?

Haven't sent mine in yet but keep reading on SigTalk that the vast majority think it is the same or better. But still too early to have a huge sample.

Sent in a 320 Romeo and 8 days later it was returned. Shipped in a cardboard box and returned in a Sig plastic gun box. This is the wife's gun. She couldn't tell the difference in the trigger. The red dot was way off and had to be adjusted again. No big deal. All in all no complaints about how Sig handled things.

Got 3 of the 4 (I have 6) back in less than two weeks. The 4th is my .45 and they are waiting to do a batch of 45’s per Sig. I can wait I have more...LOL

Impressions; One that I did not send in is my Manual Safety version (MS). I saw no need to send it in until I tried the others. Yesterday I shot my upgraded 357 against the MS 9mm.

The trigger, in and of itself, is as good or maybe better than the original. That said, I do not find the slim profile of the new trigger comfortable shooting my 357.

You can switch the slides on the non-upgraded version but you cannot put a non-upgraded slide on an upgraded FCU. This due to a small milled detent for the new drop safety. So I swapped the 357 slide on to the original FCU and it is definitely more comfortable to shoot with the old trigger.

Note, I say more comfortable. It shot fine from a trigger dynamics standpoint on both FCU’s. If I were going to spend the day shooting the new FCU I would probably wear a glove.

So I decided to leave my MS version original and drop in a Gray Guns trigger and spring I had removed from the other guns. Since it is MS I have no concerns about drops and I do love that GG trigger.

I will wait to see what the GG upgraded trigger looks like as they are swapping them out for free.

I still have one more (a Tacops) that I have not upgraded. I will wait a while on that one as well. Actually, if I could find another MS FCU I would buy that and drop it in my Tacops.

I put a couple hundred more rounds though my P320c again today and I agree a little on the trigger. It is not the most comfortable anymore, but it works. My wife also had her M2.0 9mm and I had my CZ P07. Out of the three I much prefer the trigger shape of the P07.

The P320 is still a pleasure to fire though. I most accurate with it out of the 3. Very close to the same accuracy though with the P07.

Are you planning on replacing it with a new Apex or GG trigger when they become available?

Very close to the same accuracy though with the P07.
So you are saying you are more accurate with the P07? Why do you think that is? I considered a new P07 but never shot one. When with the P320 instead because of the modulatity.

I was not very clear on my post. At the end of the day I was more accurate with the P320. Mainly because I am most familiar with it and have about 1500 rounds through it now. The grip feel between the P320 and P07 is very different I noticed. P320 is much more round and P07 grip feels more narrow. Neither one is bad, just different. I plan on doing a comparison soon and will post it under Handguns so keep an eye out for that.

I don't know right now. If Apex comes out with another one, which I think they are working on, and it is a great price like the last one, I amy give it a go. This new stock trigger is not bad, but the curve just isn't the most comfortable. Trigger reach though is perfect for me with the medium grip module.

I haven't sent mine in yet, been afraid that nobody would be home to sign for it. I just may not and wait to see what comes out for replacements. I'm really not afraid of the whole AD as many.

I would be interested to know what the police departments and agencies that adopted the P320 did with this upgrade deal. I wonder if they dropped the P320, or got the upgrade and put them back in service. There is a guy in my Army National Guard unit that is a State Trooper, but have not seen him in a while to ask him. He was transfered down to the border. Also have a buddy with ICE I plan to ask. They were set to switch from P229 to P320.
